Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") apply to purchases, invoices, orders, services, digital offerings, events, courses, and other transactions made with ShoreCut LLC ("ShoreCut," "we," "us," or "our") through shore-cut.com, an invoice, quotation, order confirmation, or any other sales channel we operate. By placing an order, paying an invoice, registering for an event or course, or using our checkout, you agree to these Terms.
1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by ShoreCut LLC. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order if information is incomplete, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, an item or service is unavailable, or we reasonably believe the order may violate these Terms or applicable law. A confirmation email, invoice, or payment receipt does not prevent us from correcting errors or canceling an order when appropriate.
2. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice before an order is accepted. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, handling fees, and other charges shown at checkout or on the invoice. Payment is due according to the terms shown on the applicable invoice, quote, or checkout page. ShoreCut LLC may suspend fulfillment, access, or services for overdue, declined, disputed, or reversed payments.
3. Invoices and Online Payments
Invoices may include an online payment option when available. Payments processed through third-party payment providers are subject to the provider's terms, security procedures, and authorization rules. ShoreCut LLC does not store full payment card details on its own systems.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Risk of loss for shipped goods transfers to the customer when the goods are delivered to the carrier or as otherwise required by applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and promptly reviewing shipments upon arrival.
5. Services, Digital Items, Courses, and Events
Service work, digital access, downloadable items, event registrations, and course enrollments may have additional terms shown at checkout, on the invoice, or in a written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees for services already performed, digital items already delivered or accessed, and event or course seats after the applicable cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
6. Returns and Refunds
Eligible physical products may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, unless a shorter period or final-sale condition is stated at the time of purchase. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in original or suitable packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Custom, personalized, special-order, clearance, final-sale, opened consumable, digital, downloadable, and completed-service items are not returnable unless required by law or approved by ShoreCut LLC in writing. Shipping, delivery, installation, processing, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed defective item. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after inspection and processing.
7. Defects, Damage, and Order Issues
If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what was ordered, contact ShoreCut LLC promptly with the order information and supporting photos or documentation. We may offer replacement, repair, credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Product and Service Information
We work to provide accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and availability, but errors may occur. Images may be representative and may not show every variation, accessory, finish, or configuration. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for using products, services, digital materials, and instructions safely, lawfully, and as intended. You agree not to misuse our website, checkout, payment systems, support channels, or services, and not to submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or infringing information.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, documentation, logos, graphics, website elements, and related intellectual property provided by ShoreCut LLC remain the property of ShoreCut LLC or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use purchased products or services for their intended purpose.
11. Privacy and Communications
Information collected in connection with orders, invoices, accounts, support requests, and payments is handled according to our posted privacy practices. By placing an order or contacting us, you authorize ShoreCut LLC to communicate with you about the transaction, account, support request, shipment, payment, or related service matter.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShoreCut LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or replacement costs, even if we were advised such damages could occur. Our total liability for any claim related to a transaction will not exceed the amount paid to ShoreCut LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limit is required by law.
13. Force Majeure
ShoreCut LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supplier issues, labor disruptions, utility or internet outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, emergencies, or other events that make performance impracticable.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the applicable state law governing ShoreCut LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
15. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of purchase or invoice payment generally applies to that transaction unless a later version is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
